All vintage items, discounted items, and accessories will be a FINAL SALE. For new items, there will be NO REFUNDS, only EXCHANGES within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached in it's original condition. Please contact us to request a return authorization form. This form, along with a copy of your receipt must be included with the merchandise you are returning. Merchandise must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If something is returned in unacceptable condition, you will not receive your refund. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee in certain situations. Vintage Disclosure: Vintage means pre-loved. Our clothing has had a life before it even reaches you! Please be aware that most vintage clothing does show small signs of wear, and some pieces display noticeable wear. In the event that an item is damaged in any way that affects its wearability, we will make a note of it in the description. We try to describe all items in detail, to help you make the best choice when shopping with us. We try our best to date each item according to its era, whether it be 80s sunglasses or a vintage prom dress. In the event that we sell a contemporary designer piece, we may list it in the vintage section, since it is pre-worn, but will write "modern" or "contemporary" on the item page. Apparel Shipping: Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of placing your order. We do not ship Sundays or holidays. Your orders will be shipped standard service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 2-4 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail to any of the 51 states and Puerto Rico. Rates are as listed. Orders placed after 3pm eastern standard time will be processed the following business day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. As soon as we process your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Shoe Shipping: Please note the shipping chart above does not apply to shoes. Shoes ship via USPS Priority mail and cost $9.99 per pair. Shoes will ship seperately from the rest of your order, therefore may arrive on a different day. Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be charged to customers who are residents of the state of Florida. This is where our physical store is, and where we will be shipping from. Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Sizing: A few things to consider about vintage sizing... Many old garments were custom made and will not include sizing labels. If they do, the old systems of sizing differ greatly from modern ones. Many vintage sizes can be up to 4 sizes smaller than that of today. Take time to evaluate the measurements we have provided you with to have the most accurate idea of whether or not a garment will be a good fit for you.
